Raiffeisen Bank launched the e-pay for easier operation

Today Raiffeisen Bank has offered a new service called Raiffeisen e-pay. It is a service intended for retailers who sell products online, and it is possible to pay with MasterCard and Visa credit cards to the highest international safety standards.

Raiffeisen Bank is the first and only bank in B&H, which is offering this a truly attractive service, which enabled merchants to sell products online in a very safe environment.

''I am pleased that we have once again demonstrated our innovation and focus on new trends in business. I am especially pleased that we are the first in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina to offer this service,'' said Michael Mueller, CEO of Raiffeisen Bank. ''I am confident that this service for a number of dealers will facilitate the business because Raiffeisen e-pay does not carry any additional costs for the merchant, such as installation and maintenance costs. The only cost is the standard commission on the value of transaction cards, MasterCard and VISA. This is definitely a route for significantly lower costs compared with the cost of conventional trade'' said Karlheinz Dobnigg, a member of Raiffeisen Bank's retail operations, adding that electronic commerce brings many advantages and allows greater flexibility and increased efficiency.

The first customer of Raiffeisen e-pay is the General Service Ltd. whose representative stressed the importance of this service for an online business. Admir Ibrahimovic, Director of General Services, expressed his satisfaction that this service is finally in the banking offer on the BiH market and stated that he hoped that this service will allow expansion of sales capacities General Service.

Raiffeisen e-pay retailer will provide a safe way of internet business and increase the level of consumer confidence, which guarantees the security of transactions conducted in this manner.
